is encouraging other women to embrace breastfeeding - by posing videos
online of herself nursing her four-and-a-half-year-old son in public.
Ana Garcia, 37, has YouTube channel which is dedicated to breastfeeding.

and has already gained 69 million views, with Ana showing herself
feeding her little boy Matteo and answering questions from viewers.
"I always knew I was going to breastfeed my child but I never put a date on when I would stop doing so," she said.
"I didn’t think Matteo would want to nurse for so long and I find it a
little shocking that I still do it– but it feels right to me as a
parent.

“Society thinks it can put a date on when you need to stop
breastfeeding your baby but that decision needs to be up to the mother
and child.
“Continuing breastfeeding has strengthened my own relationship with Matteo because it’s a special bond between us.
"I want to show my story so other mums know it’s OK to nurse a little longer if they want to."

At first the videos were a way for Ana to feel more confident about feeding her son.
She felt self-conscious about nursing Matteo in public as he got
older, and she even worried about doing so in front of her friends and
family.
That all changed thanks to the support she got about her videos - although not everyone has been positive about the footage.
