A woman found her young daughter having s*x with a much older man
inside her own store. The 35-year-old man of Inyathi, Zimbabwe, was
caught sleeping with the 12-year-old girl who was already pregnant.
Mlamuli Dube befriended the seventh grader at her school
and allegedly used the store belonging to the girl’s parents in the
Inyathi Business Center, to have s*x with her. The girl’s mother was
tipped off about the visit to her store after hours. She went to the
store around 7:00 p.m.,and caught Dube with her daughter inside the
store.The mother took her 12-year-old daughter to a clinic,
where a
pregnancy test was performed and it revealed that she was pregnant. The
angry mother reported the matter to the police, leading to the arrest
of Dube. Dube was arrested, charged and convicted in court to s*xual
assault. He told the court that he is willing to marry the girl.Dube told the judge: “I admit that I fell in love with a minor and
impregnated her. I promise to marry her as I love her so much.” Dube was
sentenced to 12 months in prison while three months were suspended on
condition that he does not commit a similar offense within five years.
